Working Together: We regard ongoing consultation and dialogue is a vital part of the relationship between us and the client, We will keep you fully informed of the progression of works, and of any temporary suspension of services, such as power or water supply that may at some stage require short term termination to allow for alterations.

Quotations: We would be pleased to offer you a competitive fixed quotation based on fully detailed plans, or an estimate based on plans submitted for planning permission for budgeting purposes.

Standards and Guarantees: We pride ourselves on high quality workmanship together with a strong commitment to professional standards. All our work is guaranteed to comply with all the current codes of good practice and building regulations, and would be carried out by experienced qualified tradesmen to the highest standards.

Regulations: The central task of your local Building Control Department is to ensure that all building work is completed to specified standards as required within the Building Regulations. The local building inspector must inspect the building work at prescribed stages. We have a good working relationship with the various local BCD.Departments and we liaise directly to ensure the inspections take place and the stage is passed as fully compliant.

The contract: Our contract is supplied by the Federation Of Master Builders, and is titled Plain English Domestic Contract For Minor Building Work. If you are employing a supervising architect they will supply a JCT contract.

Payment: Payment  for the work would be made at agreed stages with an invoice raised on the completion of each stage. No deposit is required prior to the commencement of work.  

Insurance: We currently hold all relevant public and employers liability insurance policies. Certificates for which can be presented.
